RAMOS®-Sampling provides fully automatic Fed-batch fermentation in shaking flasks. The parallel technology and the approved measurement procedure of the RAMOS® were expanded by an automated dosing system. .
RAMOS®-Sampling provides event or timely scheduled samples of all or single shaking flasks in sample vials.
The innovative FluidTrain® Dosing and Sample Drawing Technology (FTT) ensures a commingling-free dosing and sample drawing conducted through merely one tube.Rinsing and cleaning cycles warrant a contamination-free operation. The FluidTrain® Technology is applied for the fermentation of pro- and eukaryotic organisms. Parallel, up to 24 samples are, either event or schedule-controlled, are drawn from the culture containers and deposited (AutoSam-s). This makes unattended operation over night or weekend possible.
This huge simplification of work processes enables the user to do needed analysis and schedule futher experiments.
