LabBox®1 Standard Device

This device is suited as measurement value collection and monitoring system

Equipment:

4 Pt100 inputs (-200 °C ... +600 °C)
4 analogue inputs (0/4...20 mA or -10...+10 V) for the connection of analogue sensors for pressure, flow etc. and devices with analogue output such as pH meters, thermostats etc.

The LabBox®1 can be upgraded with an additional panel with eight inputs or outputs.

Up to four serial interface modules (HD-RS2329(P)L) can be equipped. If more serial interfaced are intended to be equipped an additional card (HK-SER8ECB) is recommended.

The system can be upgraded with additional modules, such as an integrated power supply for sensors and actuators (HS-NGS242), data logger function (SF-DATLOG), IEC 61131 I control module (SF-AWL, SF-AWLPLUS) etc.

LabBox®2 Standard Device

This standard device, amongst other applications, is particularly suited for the automation of lab reactor plants of medium complexity

Equipment:

8 Pt100 inputs (-200 °C ... +600° C)
8 analogue inputs (0/4...20 mA or -10...+10 V) for the connection of analogue sensors for pressure, flow etc. and devices with analogue output such as pH meters, thermostats etc.
8 analogue outputs (0/4...20 mA or -10...+10 V) For connecting devices with analogue input such as stirrer, thermostat, dosing pump etc.
8 digital outputs (24 V, binary, PWM and PFM) For connecting binary actuators such as magnetic valves, heating, pumps, etc.
Integrated sensor and actuator power supply
2 serial RS232 interface modules for the connection of balances, devices and analysers with serial interface

All panel places of the device are assigned.
The device can be upgraded with additional modules such as an IEC 61131 I control module (SF-AWL, SF-AWLPLUS), adaptive automatic controller (SF-HICON), NAMUR interface driver for serial interfaces (SF-NAMSERxx) as well as two more serial interfaces.
