ViscoPakt® - rheo

The ViscoPakt®-Rheo model series is equipped with precision-torque measuring. The zero torque, which depends on the rotational speed, is registered by an automatic calibration process and is used to correct the actual torque signal. This allows the on-line determination of the viscosity (via a calibration table) as well as of other rheological parameters. Changes to the rotational speed which are caused by load fluctuations are registered by a digital revolution counter and are electronically regulated. The rotational speed can be pre-set via an analogue input or the serial interface. The actual rotational speed and the torque are issued via the analogue outputs and the serial interface.
