Temperature Control Hoses
These temperature control hoses are distinguished by their robust design:
- Stainless steel corrugated hose W.1.4404, DN10
- Parallel corrugation with an external textile glass tubular hose and overlying silicone insulating foam hose, fixed using shrink-on sleeves
- Welded liners, free of burrs and gaps on both sides, flat sealing, with union nut W.1.4571 M16x1
The pressing tensile strength of the sheathing at a temperature of up to 200 °C is 100 % and the maximum operating pressure is 8 bar. A reduction may be expected at higher temperatures.

Distributor for Heat Carrier Oil

Quick-Action Couplings for Heat Carrier Oil
A problem in the structure and expansion of a double jacket reactor is always the emptying of the heat transfer medium circuit. This problem can be elegantly solved with the aid of this proven quick-action coupling. The previous disadvantages of quick-action couplings such as sealing, loss of pressure etc. have been avoided through this new development

Connection Adapter
This connection adapter guarantees a reliable transition from an M16x1 thread on the flexible metal hose to the DN15 connecting pieces on the temperature control jacket. A standard temperature controller may be used in the temperature control connection pieces.
The design ensures that the temperature controller has perfect contact with the medium and that the measured temperature is not influenced by the construction.
