The barcode software recognises two-dimensional barcodes for the unique identification of objects such as sample bottles or microtiter plates with the aid of a mini-camera.
The barcode labels may be created with the aid of a laser or ink-jet printer.
The generating character string can be up to 10 characters long. Thus, it is possible to generate well over 109 different codes.

SciBot™ Tool Changer
The SciBot™ tool changer with an integrated power bus system is especially simply and robustly built (pat. pending). A tool is mechanically connected by two pins which move into the tool holder.
The pins are, at the same time, used as electrical contacts for the power bus system and bi-directionally transfer both electrical energy for the tool and the control and measurement data.

The pipette changer changes the pipettes quickly and securely. The pipettes can be taken from standard racks. An automatic check establishes that the pipette is correctly connected.
In a robot system several pipette tools may be fitted for pipettes of various sizes and volumes.
Steel cannulas and a washing station may be used as an alternative to pipettes.
A multiple-use pipette head is available on request.

This detector enables the surface of conductive liquids to be sensed with the needle point or pipette of such as a SciBot™ or AutoSam™ in order, for example, to follow the siphoning off of the sinking liquid surface.
The surface detector can be connected directly to an AutoSam™ or SciBot™ feature connector.

pH Mini Electrode
This pH electrode requires an immersion depth of only 7 mm. The diameter at the measuring tip is only approx. 3 mm.
