Pt100 Sensors

Pt100 sensors have established themselves in laboratories and pilot plants due to their greater accuracy than standard. They are available in various dimensions and materials.

Tolerance classes

  • DIN class A = 1/2 DIN B
  • DIN B = ±(0.3 °C + 0.005|t|)
  • 1/3 DIN B = ±(0.1 °C + 0.0016|t|)
  • 1/5 DIN B = ±(0.06 °C + 0.001|t|)
  • 1/10 DINB = ±(0.03 °C + 0.0005|t|)
Material Stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A) (resistant to foodstuffs and chemicals except for chlorine)
Temperature range -200…+500 °C
Connection Four-wire technology, 3 m cable, Teflon®-insulated single wires, silicone outer jacket with kink protection, Lemo plug size 1
Scope of delivery Pt100 sensor ready-to-use with Lemo plug

Thermoelements

Thermoelements are available in various dimensions and materials. Especially small diameters are also available. This makes them indispensable for certain applications in conjunction with their large temperature range.
