DC-CPU – Central master module for control, signal processing, and system monitoring

The DC-CPU module is the processing unit for control and regulation tasks and the central HiBus™ master for bus communication in the DC-Manager™. It processes raw values by averaging, linearizing, and scaling, monitors limit values, and provides all control, regulation, and communication functions.

The integrated monitoring unit controls voltage, function, and temperature, as well as up to three activation voltages and connected actuators. Thanks to redundant safety mechanisms, galvanic isolation, and industrial robustness, the DC-CPU ensures maximum operational reliability.

With an ARM CPU, an LC display, and an ethernet connection, the module provides a powerful and reliable basis for laboratory, pilot, and process automation systems.
