With TeamViewer, we can service your computer or system quickly and easily. This allows us to solve problems remotely, protect the environment and save on travel costs. It is also possible to transfer larger files.
Simply download the client from this page and tell our employee the ID and password displayed after starting the program.
Important
The procedure is secure because we cannot establish a connection without you and you can follow all operations on the screen. TeamViewer requires no configuration and uses TCP-port 80, or the configured proxy settings of your network.
Returns and disposal
To return a defective appliance for repair or an old appliance for disposal, simply request a return ticket from us.
