The InertSys Duo combines two independently operating inerting units in a compact housing.
This allows two reactors, storage vessels, or process lines to be supplied in parallel and individually with precisely controlled inert gas - ideal for multiple reactor systems, redundant systems, or combined process lines.
Each channel operates independently, offering precise pressure control and thus ensuring maximum flexibility and process reliability with minimal space requirements.
The InertSys Duo is operated with inert gas - typically nitrogen or argon - at a supply pressure of 0.5 to 6 bar.
Both channels regulate the gas pressure independently of each other in the range from 30 to 200 mbar, tailored to the respective application.
An integrated overpressure valve (500 mbar) reliably protects both channels from excessive pressure build-up.
M8 connectors allow the pressure feedback of each channel to be integrated separately into a higher-level automation system – for reliable process monitoring and precise documentation.
Our application specialists will show you how to safely inert two processes simultaneously with the InertSys-Duo, while saving space and reducing installation effort.
