The InertSys is a compact, single-channel inerting system for creating or maintaining a controlled inert gas atmosphere.
It has been specifically developed for laboratory and process applications where safety, reproducibility, and protection against reactions with oxygen or moisture are critical.
With a precisely adjustable pressure range from 30 to 200 mbar, the InertSys enables exact regulation of the inert gas flow, providing maximum control over the protective atmosphere.
The InertSys reduces the inlet pressure of an inert gas (e.g., N₂, Ar) from up to 6 bar to the desired outlet pressure.
The integrated pressure gauge allows for precise reading of the pressure at any time.
A pressure switch monitors the system pressure and signals a potential leak or supply error if the pressure drops below 35 mbar.
For safety, a TÜV-certified overpressure valve is integrated, which opens at > 500 mbar, reliably protecting connected systems.
