The DC-Manager™ is a compact, modularly expandable research process control system for laboratory, technical center, and pilot plants. It enables safe, flexible, and scalable automation directly in the control cabinet - ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
The particular strength of the DC-Manager lies not only in implementing known processes, but also in identifying new processes and carrying out unplanned interventions accurately during the ongoing experiment. This allows you to migrate new processes from research to production up to 10 times faster.
The DC Manager is largely compatible with the LabManager and can be seamlessly combined with it.
Thanks to its modular system, the DC-Manager can be quickly adapted to new requirements: I/O modules can be combined as desired, supplemented, or distributed and installed in substations. The system adapts to your processes—not the other way around.
A powerful CPU with hardware watchdog continuously monitors voltages, temperatures, and activation power supplies. In the event of a malfunction, the system reacts automatically and puts connected modules into a safe state.
Bus coupler modules (BCUO/BCUI) can be used to network up to seven substations. This allows the DC-Manager to grow seamlessly with your processes and enables seamless transfer from the laboratory to larger plants.
The DC-Manager can be hardwired or connected with LabManager-connector technology. Configuration is easy with LabVision, the established software for laboratory and process automation.
The DC Manager is ideal for applications requiring precise measurement, reliable actuator control, scalable modularity, and secure system automation — from the lab and the technical center to pilot production.
